Integrity - Passion - Professionalism

At Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate, these are the three pillars that make up the foundation of our business. We strive to provide east-central Indiana with an unforgettable experience when it comes to auctions and property sales.

Continuing The Tradition

The auction profession has always skipped a generation in our family but we look forward to carrying on the tradition. Dating back more than 100 years, auctioneering is in our blood.

Delno Dresbach

Great-Great-Grandfather Delno Dresbach was a professional car auctioneer and horse sales auctioneer. He conducted estate sales and was the lead auctioneer at Rushville Horse Auctions and Montpelier Car Auctions.

Joe Flesher

Auctioneering started with Great-Great Grandfather Joe Flesher when he graduated from Auction School in Chicago in 1909. Joe was the lead auctioneer for the Poland China Swine Association where he travelled the country by train conducting sales.

Tom D. Flesher

Grandpa Tom graduated from Reppert’s Auction School in 1965 and conducted auctions until 2010 in Delaware and Randolph Counties. Over the course of his nearly 50 year career, Tom conducted over 2,300 auctions and worked alongside Faye Fisher, Dorothy Glaze, Wayne Thompson, Ronn Shumaker, and Virgil Cline.
