Jerrett gained his interest of the auction and real estate business from his grandfather, Tom D. Flesher. Jerrett graduated from the College of Agriculture at Purdue University in May of 2016 and attended Missouri Auction School and received his auctioneers license in July of 2016 and later received his Real Estate Brokers License that fall.

Jerrett specializes in commercial and residential real estate sales and auctions, personal property auctions, estate sales, agricultural land and farm equipment sales.

Jentry has a strong interest in everything agriculture from his time spent on the farm. He believes that an auction in the agricultural industry allows both the buyer and seller to come to an agreement and allows for a smooth transaction between both parties.

Jentry graduated from the College of Agriculture at Purdue University in May of 2018. He attended Reppert’s School of Auctioneering in July of 2018 where he obtained his auctioneer’s license.

Jentry specializes in farm, land, and agricultural equipment auctions, real estate auctions, and personal property auctions.

Gary became very much involved in the family farm in adolescence resulting in what amounts to 30 years of direct experience in the agriculture industry.

Gary received Real Estate Brokers license in 2018 and has demonstrated professionalism in residential and agricultural transactions across East-Central Indiana.

James has a strong background in the agriculture and real estate sectors. He grew up on the family farm outside of Muncie, IN; graduated from the College of Agriculture at Purdue University in May of 2018; and has worked in the agriculture industry ever since. James received his Real Estate Brokers License and auctioneers license in early 2026.

James specializes in farm and residential real estate transactions, estate auctions, and farm retirement auctions.

James is eager to work with buyers and sellers across the area to make transactions go smoothly and efficiently.

Caden gained his interest in auctioneering from his time spent working part-time in the business. Caden started as a helping hand and later evolved his role as a clerk like his father who worked alongside Tom D. Flesher. Caden decided to take the next step in becoming a licensed auctioneer in 2026.

Caden is a graduate from the Indiana University East school of Business and Economics in 2024 and the Reppert Auctioneering school in 2026.

Linda has been an Associate Real Estate Broker since 2014. She enjoys working with homeowners and future homeowners to make their dreams come true. Linda grew up in the Modoc, Indiana area, where she graduated from Union High School. Linda currently works at AHE Plant 3 Federal Credit Union and has worked there for 26 years. Linda is married to her husband, Charles, and they have lived in the Winchester area for over 35 years. A member of Winchester Tri Kappa Sorority, she served as president for 4 years. She is also a member of the Fort Wayne Teti Sheri Daughters of the Nile and the American Legion Auxiliary. Linda enjoys her fur babies, Max and Corkie Maxine, gardening, motorcycle riding, antiquing, and attending her 2 great nieces’ activities. Linda is very personable and is passionate about helping you with your real estate needs here in East Central Indiana.

Karly is a photographer with a passion for marketing her community and highlighting the people within it. She is the Digital Marketing Specialist on the team.

She is the owner of Karly P Photography. Her photography passion began and flourished at her time at Monroe Central High School. With the tremendous support from the community, she prioritizes giving back to them. When the opportunity presented itself to work with Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate Inc., she could not pass up the opportunity to market local real estate and small businesses.
